Direct Booking Terms & Conditions
To secure a reservation we charge a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 for each room booked. For cancellations made up to 7 days before your check-in date you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time you will be liable for the total amount, however all efforts will be made to re-let the cancelled accommodation in order to minimise charges.
We offer FREE Upgrade when booked Directly via email or phone call!

In supporting your travel plans, if you have an existing booking with us and have paid a deposit, you can postpone your stay. If booked via booking agent, please contact the agent for assistance.
